Is it ok to skip seeing my dentist this month? Nothing hurts.
The state of our economy has forced many of us to tighten our belts. We have had to cut back on a number of expenditures in our daily lives. Seeing your dentist should not be one of those items you eliminate. Regular visits to your dentist help maintain good gum health and allows for a check for new cavities. With early detection of gum disease and cavities, your costs are kept to a minimum. Waiting until you are in pain will change your “out of pocket” costs exponentially, sometimes forcing you to make a more drastic decision about your dental care than if you had just maintained regular visits. The longer you delay, the more expensive it can become. It’s not worth skipping your recall appointment!
