Collections Manager – Carrie

Carrie was raised in southeastern Massachusetts and moved to the Western Suburbs a little over a decade ago.

Carrie is here to help coordinate your appointments for dental care, answer questions about any financial concerns, and help maximize coverage from your dental insurance by submitting claims for completed dental treatment. Don't have insurance? Carrie can help you with our in-house plan.

When not helping patients smile, Carrie enjoys watching her daughter perform with her competitive dance company, travel, and hang out with adorable pup Zoey.

Operations Manager - Katie

Katie grew up in the Wheaton/Glen Ellyn area. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Advertising and Communications.

Katie has been our full time dental assistant for over the past 5 years. She assists Dr. Jungblut with all dental procedures and helps patients understand any needed post-op care instructions. She can also help with any dental insurance claims and questions.

In her "free" time, she is an unpaid Uber driver for her 2 teenage children. Lol, but seriously, she really does enjoy watching her son play baseball and football and her daughter perform with competitive dance team.

Dental Assistant - Michael

Michael graduated from Marquette University in May 2025 with a degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry on the pre-dental track, Michael’s path toward dentistry began in seventh grade when a simple mint-dissolving science experiment revealed a larger, chronic mouth-breathing issue. This experience sparked his interest in how oral health can reflect broader health concerns.

He now enjoys the collaborative, hands-on environment of dentistry and the opportunity to connect with patients. Having faced dental challenges firsthand growing up, he understands how seemingly small issues can have a big impact. Passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care, he looks forward to supporting them throughout their dental journeys.

Outside the office, he loves lifting and staying active through all kinds of physical activities. He also enjoys mentoring youth through his church and spending time with his family. This year, he will be applying to dental school and is excited to continue his journey toward becoming a compassionate and skilled dentist.

Dental Assistant - Greta

Greta was raised in Oswego, IL on her family farm Keller’s Farmstand. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago in May 2024 with a degree in Biology and a minor in Anthropology where she conducted research in craniofacial evolution and development along with wear patterns in human teeth.

Greta loves orofacial science and research, but she also wants to work one-on-one with patients and see conclusions from dental research applied in a clinical setting. Dentistry is the perfect fit for her! Currently, she is a dental assistant and looks forward to applying to dental school next year.

In her free time, Greta likes hiking, reading, and writing letters to her pen pals across the United States.
